Please respect the camping grounds, our neighbours and all other guests.

No vehicle must exceed 10 mph whilst driving through "The Avenue" to the camping centre or whilst on the Camping Grounds.

Good relationships are maintained with our neighbours by mutual respect and understanding. All guests are expected to uphold this arrangement. (Those who don't will be asked to leave).

You are expected to ensure members of your group are quiet in their areas between the hours of 11pm & 7am as we try to promote a family and not a festival style atmosphere. Disrespectful, loud, late night antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated any where on this campsite.

To avoid annoying others please refrain from playing any loud music. All music, radios and generators have to be turned off at 10:00pm

Urinating in areas other than the toilet block is strictly prohibited and disgusting, persons caught doing so will be asked to leave immediately.

Any obscene language & irresponsible behaviour is also unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

Site staff MUST BE informed of the operation of any generators on site. (Use of ANY generators or any music after 10:00pm is strictly prohibited).

Ensure that all vehicles are parked horizontally whilst on the camping field. Vehicle use must be kept to a minimum; do not drive to and from the toilet block; only use your vehicle when leaving the site.

Vehicle use on the camping field is down to management discretion and weather permitting. Remember there are children about so no vehicle must exceed 10 mph whilst driving on the camping field.

Motorbikes, bicycles or scooters should not be ridden around the campsite or toilet blocks to the annoyance of other campers and our near-by neighbours.

No fires or disposable BBQs are to be lit on the grass! Fire baskets can be hired from the site office if required. (limited availability)

Fire baskets & BBQs must ONLY be emptied on to the site's two large Camp Fire Circles, or left for our staff to collect following your departure. (Under no circumstance empty into the hedgerows or on to the grass!).

No turf or trenches are to be dug on site. All pitches and areas should be left as they are found.

All waste must be recycled and can be separated using the blue bins provided near the site office. Love the site - LEAVE NO TRACE. Alternatively, take waste home with you. Persons found dumping will be charged.

Wood can sometimes be collected for free at the designated wood pile adjacent to the site's large campfire circle found in the bottom right corner of the field.

Please ensure any unused surplus wood is returned to the wood pile area near the large fire circle before your departure from the campsite. (LEAVE NO TRACE)

The large campfire circles are free for organised groups to use but you must pre book of any times & dates that your group wishes to use them. (Both Fire Circles must be vacated by 11pm).

Adult supervision is always required with any Fire Circle use. If any member of your group observes something out of place, please ensure that the information is passed on to a member of site staff.

If a member of site staff witnesses any abuse or misuse of any knives, axes or saws within the site, they are authorised to request the item and it will be returned only to the leader in charge.

The toilet block and wash facilities must be left clean and tidy after use. Do NOT leave rubbish bags in the toilet blocks or around the campsite = a magnets for foxes and seagulls.

Do not wash cooking utensils/equipment inside the toilet blocks or directly under the water stand pipes around the field; please use the stainless steel sinks outside of toilet blocks for washing up.

Groups will be charged for any damage that any member of their group incurs. Leaders are held responsible for their own groups, which must be supervised at all times. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.

We do not allow dogs on site apart from guide or police dogs.

Please always make sure that you close the beach gate behind you, this then ensures that the general public do not walk through the campsite.

The site should be cleared by noon on the day of your departure unless permitted otherwise by our staff. Any time spent on the site after 12:00 noon will incur the day rate fees.

Ensure that you have all your camping equipment before you depart from the campsite, including tent pegs, which cause damage to our mowers and serious injuries if left in the ground. (LEAVE NO TRACE)

KICC will not accept any liability of any description for persons and loss or damage to property whilst using the camping centre. All visitors are advised to obtain the appropriate holiday insurance cover.

From 2011 KICC will be operating a blacklist system, whereby any serious offenders of any of these site rules will have their details stored for future reference and shared with other camping sites.
